Q: Can I use your art on my IG/Tiktok/Social Media?
A: Though we appreciate the desire to repost our content, we would prefer sharing our original posts to your stories or retweets on Twitter as opposed to blanket reposts. If you do repost, we ask you tag us in the post itself as well as the comments so more people can travel to Kyootland!

Q: I'm a book/comic blogger, may I get a review copy of one of your books?
A: Yes! Please email your inquiry and include your blog/social info. We love working with bloggers and need your help to spread more kyootness around!

Q: What is BeKyoot's Privacy Policy?
A: BeKyoot's Privacy Policy is detailed here. You can find it at all times along with our TOS and Return Policy in the site footer.

Q: What charitable organizations does BeKyoot support?
A: BeKyoot supports a variety of charitable organizations including Friends For Life, a Houston-based animal rescue group. Every so often we add products where a portion of the sales go directly to charity, such as the Rescued Hearts Club Sticker, which will soon have a Pup Edition!

Products

 

Q: I saw a daily paint/comic that I really want a print of, but it isn't on your site! How may I order it?
A: Click right here! We've added a 'Choose Your Own Sketch' item where you can order exactly what you need. Though we update the shop periodically, it's hard to keep up with a new daily every day and 2 comics per week. Daily paintings look good at all sizes, however, we would recommend comics be printed no smaller than 8.5x11 so the text will remain readable.

Q: What is Printful/POD and why do I see it on some products and not others?
A: Printful is a garment and merch making service we use to fulfil some of our items. It is a POD (Print on Demand) company that allows BeKyoot to offer a wider range of kyootness! On shirts, books, prints, and plushies that are stocked in the BeKyoot office, you'll get pretty immediate shipment, while POD items ship from a separate facility and may take a few extra days to process as they are printed to order. POD items have a special badge in the description as well as a current turnaround time so you can plan your order properly. If you have any additional questions feel free to email any time!

Q: Where can I find your sizing charts for clothing?
A: Right here! This is our standard t-shirt sizing chart. If there is a product specific sizing chart, like for our dresses, you'll find those links on the product page in the product info section.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We happily accept returns and exchanges. You can read our full Return Policy here. If your order arrives defective or damaged in any way, please email us immediately with the details and we'll work on getting a replacement out to you ASAP. If you need to return/order a different sized garment, please email before sending anything back so we can make arrangements for the return shipment and make sure we've got the right size in stock for you.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept payments via Shopify Payments (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) and Paypal.

 

Shipping

Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: For non-POD items, orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. If you order a POD (Print-on-demand) item, there will be a few day's delay from when you order to when the item ships as it is printed to order and goes into production as soon as your order is placed. Generally these items ship within 3-7 business days, but there are some exceptions that require longer production times. Most of these that we are aware of have been noted in the product description so you can plan accordingly.
